  • Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Large orders or items requiring special handling may require additional processing time. Our team will notify you if there is any delay.

Delivery Coverage

We ship nationwide throughout the Philippines.

Orders are delivered using trusted courier and freight partners depending on the size, weight, destination, and shipping requirements of your order.

For oversized products such as line array speakers, power amplifiers, subwoofers, trusses, and flight cases, we may arrange delivery through cargo or freight services to ensure safe transportation.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your package upon arrival.

If you notice visible damage to the packaging or believe an item was damaged during transit, report it immediately to the delivery personnel whenever possible and contact RAON Online as soon as possible with photos of the package and product.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Our customer service team will promptly investigate and provide the appropriate resolution.
